   • Architected and deployed a new OAuth2 + OIDC Identity Provider on the open-source Ory Hydra framework, standardising login and step-up authentication across CLEAR's web and mobile apps.
   • Led end-to-end IdP integrations across iOS, Android, my.clearme.com, and the Sierra AI voice/chat bot — enabling ePassport on mobile and automating member authentication for common account inquiries.
   • Built custom authentication capabilities, including face authentication within CLEAR1, enabling timely enterprise integrations with partners such as Uber and T-Mobile.

   • Cut the non-shipment case rate from 2.8% to 0.9% by architecting a delayed-disbursement (escrow) payments workflow, reducing chargebacks and increasing seller accountability.
   • Built a data pipeline importing high-intent Google search terms from Snowflake to generate evergreen Algolia-filtered pages, improving organic discoverability and SEO.
   • Scaled digital moderation tooling with WebSocket-based listing reservations, cutting latency and improving moderator throughput without added system overhead.
   • Built and maintained a Price Recommendation Engine powering dynamic pricing insights and automated price-improvement actions to lift seller conversion and liquidity.
   • Served as technical lead for the 10-member Seller Squad, mentoring engineers and partnering cross-functionally to hit squad-level OKRs.
